Introduction

I am currently a Professor of the School of Instrument Science and Engineering & the State Key Laboratory of Bioelectronics in Southeast University, and work as the founding Director of Wearable Heart-Sleep-Emotion Intelligent Monitoring Lab, leading the research works on cardiovascular signals processing, wearable human vital signs monitoring, device development and clinical application. I also serve as the founding chair for China Physiological Signal Challenge from 2018. I welcome you join in the lab and continue for the Master, PhD or Postdoctoral Research Works.

Research Interests

 Machine learning and big data processing methods for physiological signals

Signal acquisition, quality assessment and features detection in telemedicine

 Non-linear and optimization methods in medical physics

Statistical stability and evolution mechanism study for entropy

Two-stage particle swarm optimization algorithm

Assessment methods for signal complexity, regularity and predictability

 Wearable device development for cardiovascular disease, sleep and emotion monitoring

Mobile and wearable ECG, pulse, blood pressure monitoring device

Investigate novel non-invasive methods for the detection of heart failure, hypertension, atherosclerosis and arrhythmia

Solutions for sleep and emotion state monitoring
